Job Description
You will work within a team consisting of managers, technical managers, requirements specialists, and a group leader.
The section is responsible for the management of real estate facilities within various areas of public transport. This involves ensuring the functionality, safety, and value of properties and infrastructure. In maritime transport, this includes terminals and facilities at several locations as well as docks in a larger geographical area.
As a manager, you will participate in several exciting and challenging projects. You will lead business meetings with contracted suppliers and work to build and maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
The manager will be responsible for properties and infrastructure within the relevant contract area, which includes depots, terminals, stops, and quay locations.
Responsibilities
- Management of infrastructure such as quays, docks, and lease agreements
- Monitoring and development of agreements with maintenance suppliers
- Budget responsibility and operational planning
- Ordering and participating in operational projects
- Initiating investments in technology and real estate
- Representing the organization towards various stakeholders
- Monitoring key performance indicators
- Improvement work and development initiatives
- Collaboration with other departments and sections
- Participation in procurement of maintenance contracts
Mandatory Requirements
- At least a high school education
- At least 5 years of experience in managing and monitoring business or contract agreements
- At least 5 years of experience in analyzing contract management and putting it in context
Desirable Requirements
- Degree from a vocational school, college, or university with relevant orientation
- At least 5 years of experience in financial and result responsibility within a client or supplier organization
- At least 5 years of experience working in a supplier organization
